At OMG That Is Cheap, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help but we also kindly ask that you review our policy before making a return request.

💬 What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most clothing items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition with tags attached
    Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, all sales on necklaces and jewelry are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewelry (including necklaces)

  • Sale/Clearance items

  • Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear

💰 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
